We welcome telephone orders and invite you to call us at (011) 64697341. Our office hours are 9.30 a.m to 5.00 p.m, Monday through Friday.

Fax Orders :
You may fax your order to (011) 26180063. When ordering by fax or by mail, please include the complete title of each item ordered. Tell us how you would like your order shipped or when you need the materials and we will select the least expensive method of shipment to get them to you in time.

Order Processing & Shipping :
Orders will be shipped by whatever method you prefer and are shipped FOB New Delhi. Shipping charges will appear on the invoice and are paid by the buyer. If your company uses purchase orders, please have this number ready and include it in your order. That number will appear on your packing slip and invoice.

Discounts :
Applies to quantity purchases of any one particular instrument or exercise. Discounts are as follows:

Educational Discount :
A 10% discount is available to accredited colleges and universities placing orders on authorized Letterheads or Purchase Orders.

Terms :
We will invoice approved accounts. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payment will be accepted in Indian currency only.

Delhi Orders :
Orders billed to an address in the state of Delhi are subject to State Sales Tax as applicable. Outside Delhi, the orders are subject to Central Sales Tax. If your organization is in Delhi and is tax exempt, please supply us with a copy of your exemption certificate when ordering.
